On Tuesday April 3, 2024 Finques Feliu opened an office in Badalona. Finques Feliu was able to  acquire  Finques Tapiol portfolio thank to 'Housfy group'. We are very excited due to this movement, besides this sentiment, at a business level it consolidates our growth in the second metropolitan area of Barcelona.


1. Finques Feliu (from now on FF): Llorenç, as 'Team Leader' at Feliu Badalona, what tasks will you develop?


Llorenç Poles (from now on LP): It is clear to us that Badalona is an important place, where we want to consolidate ourselves as a reference in the real estate management, not only in the municipal area, but also in all Barcelonès and a good part of Maresme ('Barcelonès' and 'Maresme' are two of the 42 Catalonian geographical subdivisions). We start from an important portfolio, formed by all kinds of communities of owners, which we have to grow and mark a proper and professional way of administration in all senses.

 

2. What can our client expect and, in particular, the one that was managed under the Finques Tapiol brand, from the Finques Feliu Landing in the third Catalan city?

LP: Although it is true that until now, as Tapiol, there was already the concern to give a very personal treatment, all the people who form the Finques Feliu team in Badalona, maintain this spirit, but in addition, we have all the expertise in: work processes, computer support, digitalization and legal support that the Finques Feliu brand can offer with its more than 80 years of experience offering different services:

-The management owners' comunities 

- The purchase/sale real estate

- Clients expert advice

All this experience and management capacity will benefit the client.

 

3. FF: Finques Feliu has just remodeled the office located at 94 Conquesta Street in Badalona. What changes have you made? How will they benefit customer expirience?

LP: First of all, we have decongested the space and made it much more open. We have unified the work area, we have improved communications, and we have enabled what were until now offices to turn them into visiting rooms where we can give a personalized and proper attention. In short, without losing our identity, we have adapted and modernized the office, making compatible two aspects that improve the "customer experience":

- Customer comfort

- It will improve efficiency by creating greater dynamics for our work team

 

4. FF: Recently, we have acquired the Badalona 'Fervaxter' portfolio. What changes and advantages will the clients have from the fact of being part of Finques Feliu, and, therefore, of the 'Housfy Group'?

LP: The incorporation of Fervaxter, in the same way as the next ones, will result in a better Finques Feliu position in Badalona, this operation will make us occupy a prominent place among the great area administrators. Both for us and for Fervaxter, these incorporations only present advantages, since the economic potential of being part of 'Housfy Group' is added to the skills of our human team. Both elements are guarantees for the owner and for the owners' communities themselves of:

- Digitalization

- Solidity and Finques Feliu leadership

- Professionalism

 

5. FF: What, are the specific challenges in managing owners' communities, if any, in a large group with this capacity for growth?

LP: We are very clear that the growth we are experiencing may seem rapid. However, we are applying it without losing our essence, which for us is the very personalized contact with the client that allows us to know their present needs and anticipate their future ones. All this without losing sight of the need to organize our geographical areas so that the growth of the group is synonymous with strength and stability. Being part of a large group, we will be able to:

- To offer new and better services to all co-owners.

- Be more competitive in building maintenance costs.

In addition to a whole series of advantages that can only be achieved with greater technical and organizational capacity, as well as with the development of new services and opportunities for our clients.

 

6. FF: How is going the acclimatization of the clients coming from 'Tapiol' and 'Fervaxter' to the management and direction of Finques Feliu as their new administrators?

LP: These processes are always complex, because it often combine different computer systems or processes approached in different ways which have to be integrated, a fact that has meant a titanic effort for the Tapiol team. As of today, however, we can already speak of a complete integration, because the focus is now on growth.

This is where Fervaxter gives us the support we needed. Sincerely, the treatment with the Fervaxter team is exquisite and is making our work much easier, so I guess that this transition will be quick and, above all, beneficial for the client now from the hand of Finques Feliu.

All this without losing sight of our main objective: that both the clients of Fervaxter and those of any administration that is incorporated and those of what was until recently Tapiol, do not feel any change if it is not for the better, and that is where we focus our efforts, in the idea that every owner has the feeling that he is still better accompanied and advised than before any integration. In short, we win by integrating ourselves into a larger group:

- Business scale

- More capacity to provide a better service to our clients.
