Do you know how to fight the Covid-19 disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV2:
1. What are we dealing with?
With an unknown disease 'Covid-19'. This infection is very contagious, it has low mortality and its symptoms are: high fever, dry cough, tiredness and difficulty to breathe. Please ignore the 'fake news' and obey the authorities.
2. How does it spread?
'Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can reach the mouth or nose of someone who is nearby (...) the droplets with the virus can also be deposited on different surfaces and objects, which when touched can become incorporated into the hands (...)'.
3. Can you protect yourself from infection?
Of course:
3.1 Clean your hands with soap or hydroacoholic gels on all its surface for one minute
3.2 Do not touch your face, do not hug, do not kiss and do not shake hands with anyone
3.3 Keep a distance of more than one meter from others
3.4 Use disposable tissues
3.5. Cover your mouth with your bent arm.

4. Has Spain taken action?
Yes, within the State of Alert on March 14th it decreed a slightly modified compulsory quarantine (the quarantine will last at least until April 11th), closed borders to non-nationals and ordered the hotels personel to stop its activity.
5. How do we clean the common areas of the Community of owners and our house?
Hygiene is now even more crucial. That is why you have to clean and disinfect the surfaces with which different people have been in contact - whether or not they show symptoms of being sick-.
As the General Council of Real Estate Agents of Spain reminds us: 'the coronavirus is inactivated after five minutes of contact with bleach or with a sodium hypochlorite solution containing 1,000 ppm of active chlorine -it dilutes 01:50 of a bleach with a concentration of 40-50g per litre-'. Remember that: the personnel in charge of cleaning the common areas must be protected with gloves and a mask.
6. What should I do if I take care of a 'confirmed positive' at home?
The patient must be isolated in a room of the house and communicate by mobile phone. All material used with that person should be single-use (gloves, handkerchiefs, etc.). Obviously, the caregiver should be protected by a mask and gloves that should be kept outside the sick person's room. We should also prepare a pedal-operated, airtight waste bin for the disposal of single-use material that has been in contact with the infected person. Clothes should be washed at more than 40 degrees and the mobile phone should be washed with an alcohol-soaked handkerchief for glasses.
7. How to keep fit during mandatory quarantine?
7.1. Establish daily routines
7.2. Maintain a positive attitude
7.3. Do daily physical exercise
7.4. Set a limit on information about the disease
7.5. Socialize: do it through calls or social networks
7.6. Get active: read, play board games, sudoku, crossword puzzles, sing, dance (without touching others), play instruments (without disturbing the neighborhood) or study languages
'Do you love life? Don't waste time because it's the substance that's made.' (Benjamin Franklin).
Go ahead without fear but with extreme caution.
