Finques Feliu is a cofounder of the "Clúster de Serveis immobiliaris" (CSIM)

We present to you our core values: we believe in future, we have confidence - we also work to deserve yours-, and we think in a positive way. It is necessary, however, to give them sense to words  so that they do not remain empty. For this reason, in 2017 we joined "UpBarcelona" a Multiple Listing Service looking for synergies. With the same intention now, four years later, co-founders of the Clúster de Serveis Immobiliaris (CSIM). Our managing partner, Joan Maria Feliu, attended the founding ceremony.

What does the CSIM wants to achieve? "To integrate actors from the entire value chain of the real estate sector". The practical translation of this goal is, on the one hand, to unite more training centers and professional associations and, on the other hand, to join: real estate administrators, insurers or Facility Management services All this, because we want to serve our clients better.

Mr. Feliu summed up this spirit in two statements: "firms need to be flexible, humble, cooperative and ahead of the curve" and, underpinning this idea, we need to attract focused talent, be concerned about the development of our teams' professional careers and never lose sight of the fact that technology is the lever for greater efficiency.
