Part one: the process of the 'Technical Buildings Inspection' and the sanctions regime:
1. What does the Administration wants to achieve with the Technical Buildings Inspection?
The Technical Building Inspection, from now on we will use its acronym: 'TBI', has three functions: identify, describe and diagnose our building state.
2. What legislation regulates the TBI?
