1. A bit of history: What is your company's history? What are your main values? What services do you offer?
Finques Feliu is a family business. It was founded in 1940, currently led by Joan Mª Feliu, grandson of its founder, and therefore we are in the third generation. Over time we have served customers, employees and other collaborators. In addition, we have always had the healthy ambition that our business activity revert in a positive way in society.
Finques Feliu has three main values:

2. What represents be in Realestate sector today?
Property Management is a process based on trust at two levels. First, in the good faith of the Administrator to conciliate the different and sometimes contradictory interests of the owners. Secondly, in the personal will and professional ability to easily explain the accounts of the community.
Although the basic tasks are the same, the profession has changed a lot since our inception little has to do with what customers asked us then with what they now need from a professional in our sector.
The path of change and improvement of Finques Feliu has involved processes of: debate, decision making and execution to adapt to the evolution of society and customers. All this way represents a challenge that while is overcomed makes us stronger. Day by day all our efforts are aimed at achieving a highly specialized, demanding, close and reliable
3. What makes your company different from the rest of the Real Estate sector?
It is a delicate question because it exists the risk of being unfair to the rest of the sector. However, there is a consensus in the fact that our professional area -to specify: property administration and real estate services- is quite "conservative".
However, this is has changing. We and some of our competitors have started to digitise. It is clear that since the emergence of the Internet we are immersed in far-reaching changes that have not yet finished: Social media, the Internet of things, artificial intelligence or the 5G.
We are in a changing ecosystem, Feliu already invests and works with technological companies and different 'Start-ups' that help us, train us, adapt to our demands and we together try to predict what the client will ask for and how we can exceed their expectations -when this is possible-. Everything has a meaning: to be more efficient.
Currently, we already develop an active multichannel communication. We do it thanks to our corporate profiles in: Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter. In addition to our website and our Blog. I think it is now clearer what I said at the beginning: we know where we have to go.
We don't stop! We keep working and creating: we have developed the mobile APP technology. Our client can consult his/her Smartphone on any topic in hisher community, even send us photos or videos about the incidents in his/her property.
We also work to apply artificial intelligence capable of interacting with our customers so they can have a permanent service with an immediate response. Do not stand still and move with sense is key.
4. Customers are becoming more and more demanding, how do you deal with day-to-day emergencies such as, for example, a water leak?
Indeed, as technology implies, it can dazzle us. Now, the customer wants agile solutions to unforeseen problems that have consequences for his/her well-being now and here. That's why we have had a 24/7 365 days a year breakdown service for some time now. We always play in his/her side and with our customers in mind. The information is reported to our management tool in real time and we can track it at any time.
5. How do you ensure that the professionals who collaborate with your company are aligned with your core values?
First of all, our Human Resources department carefully selects the professionals who will work with us. When entering Finques Feliu they receive a dossier on the company and its characteristics and values: for us it is essential that they must have a certain period of adaptation with a careful accompaniment and training with the objectives and values of the company.
We are members of the Real Estate Agents College, the API´s College and insurance agents etc. And we have subscribed insurance policies apart from those required by the professional associations themselves.
In addition, since this year we have a management system with quality certificate.
This means that we have standardised our administration and management processes.
The bank reconciliation processes are reviewed by an independent accountant.
Annually we pass the ISO 9001/2005 quality certification.
6. We have talked about history, values, future but one crucial element remains: What is the internal promotion model in your company?
A business project must be based on internal cohesion, illusion and obviously productive work. So under the title 'lead your project' we invite each member of our staff to propose, design and implement a project to improve an internal process or, with their creativity tell us how we can improve existing ones or create new ones.
Currently we have a large number of internal projects underway, really exciting and that represent an important motivation for all our team.
Make risponsible our team as a whole is vital to be competitive and at the same time everyone grows professionally and personally because the company will do so in a virtuous circle.
It is also essential to have a modern management that is involved and in permanent contact with each and every one of the collaborators. Our challenge is to develop our work even better in the future in order to be entrepreneurially innovative and socially useful.
