We present a new service to Improve your building, increase its value and optimize manteinance costs

Our company has 75 years. Along this time we have advised at owners and tenants, we administered owners' communities  and we sold/rented products at Barcelona and Sant Cugat. The past is always an inspiration. However, the future only is build by giving more and better services.

We want to give you a qualitative improvement of services and costs that assume the owners' Communities. This results are useful to do a follow-up  for each customer.

From our department of 'Technical Area' we will carry out an accurate analysis of all the expenses that present at the Communities of Owners. With this initial approach we aspire at giving service at some 100 communities annually. Which services will prioritise ? light consumptions ,  elevators maintenance, services of cleanup,assurances and consierge. Why we focus on this services? because there are to be monitored in order to be perfectly transparent and also because are the most appreciated services in a owners' community.

With this we will establish a supervisory plan and maintenance of every of our building for the 3 next years, we will check that the anterior surveys have taken you at a benefit lihe a owner. We are and will be with you to design the best solutions.

The case that some Property, finds at optimal conditions and day by day regarding  expenses optimisation, we will also communicate if your building is in a properly state. But, this fact will not relax . Always they can be studied other improvements at the own farm for increase its value. At what do we refer us when talk of additional improvements? We will talk of ongoing improvements such as: the preparation of the electrical parkings, solar panels, and other renewable energies, or about proposals of rehabilitation to carry out ecological projects that diminish energy consumptions.
